Job Description

The Assistant Event Coordinator will coordinate and provide distributors with the necessary materials to train surgeons and reps on how to use TriMed products at events. This position is to assist the Event Manager and Event Coordinator with administrative tasks and shipping and receiving.

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties include one or more of the following:

  • Assist the JD-16 Events Coordinator with shipping/receiving of trays
  • Manages the workshop e-mails
  • Manages requests from Intranet and email
  • Manage the availability of materials with Regional Sales Managers, Distributors, and Sales Reps
  • Process all invoices and void invoices that are shipped and received
  • Assist JD-15 Events Manager with organizing regional training, seminars, and tradeshows
  • Create Lab Agendas on Illustrator/InDesign
  • Set up cadaver labs in the office
  • Generate Monthly Reports
  • Update Workshop Database
  • Process travel and accommodation expenses
  • Create procedures as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree/Equivalent work experience
  • Experience in event coordinating and scheduling preferred
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage own work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • QuickBooks experience

Working Conditions

  • Works in an office environment
  • Some travel required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift heavy objects and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Standing for extended periods of time
  • Must perform repetitive/mundane tasks (cleaning and checking trays)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
