Job Purpose

The Associate Regional Sales Manager will be working under the direction of the
VP of Domestic Sales and will be responsible for identifying new business
opportunities and sales support of established businesses throughout the region.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include one or more of the following:

  • Establish relationships with key customers.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to assist in the development of sales
    tools to enhance sales efforts
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities
  • Assist Sales Reps with inventory control
  • Develop an action plan for outside Regional Training
  • Coordinate regional workshops and case coverage
  • Engage in Sales Reps ride-a longs to assist Reps on product knowledge
  • Assist Sales Reps groups in local meeting coordination
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in the Medical Device Industry
  • 2 or more years of Sales required with product management/sales preferred
  • Excellent time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing
  • Excellent people and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to write & speak clearly in a variety of communication settings
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels

Working Conditions

Requires travel 50% -75% of the time.

Physical Requirements

Able to lift 25-30 pounds of instrumentation, be able to physically endure flights,
automobile travel and be able to stand for extended periods of time.


Must be located in the Northeastern United States (Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New
Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts,
Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine).


Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
